mouth problem

Hi
Is there anyone here who has advise on a problem I have?
in a nutshell its excess saliva in my mouth, causing stretchy bubble type
things under my tongue to the front gum & around the tip of the tongue
I am using Endep 25mg to help this ,so far its running at about a 60%
improvement ,but still not satisfactory

I can furnish more detail if required ........Im not sure if this ties in
with a Wisdom tooth extraction I had in the lower Jaw
my dentist says no
