If you were to sell your practice the buyer may want to see originals
in case he/she suspects falsification of records.

At what point do you label the image file? what if it's a multipage
document?

I guess my office is set up differently. I collect upfront patient
gets reimbursed by their insurance. The only thing I need to show the
is their bill. They usually know what they paid or they do not argue.
In either case I can reproduce a copy of their check or credit card
slip.
