I know of two dentists in this city that do this, and there are a few
who have their offices literally ten steps from their side doors. I
wouldn't say it's dead, especially in rural towns. I was seriously
looking at of of them on the St Laruence River a couple of years ago.
IMHO, there will always be that niche market, and one day I may also do
that.
