Cīmon. They ARE able to GO to the dentist, but they are not accepted for
treatment if they cannot pay for it. Thatīs the matter. Not that they
"are not able to go". They donīt need fluoride.

Itīs the same business with or without the fluoride. The "beneficial"
fluoride effect is just a statistical game.
