The following is an excerpt from an E-mail I recieved today. It is
regarding a proposal that is being considered where I attended Dental
School.

"Orthodontic Education, Ltd (OEC) will donate $5 million to UMKC dental
School
The school will receive approximately $2.5 million annually
UMKC Orthodontic Department will expand to 32 residents from its current 8
24 of the residents will be picked by OCE
The residents will agree to work for OCE for a period of 7 yrs after
graduation
UMKC Dental School is the first accredited dental school to consider the
terms"
