So, here's my take: you're a fairly good looking lady who has just
finished a relationship that ended by just fizzling out with some Second
Lieutenant, or better yet a major Kannadian political figure, if not
Paul Martin himself, and while at work, you do a good and conscientious
job. The job is like air traffic control or anesthesia: hours of boardom
punctuated by panic. THIS is when you clench. You can control this most
of the time by day. You can't control this when you sleep. This is why
you need an NTI device. You also need a real man in your life. You will
find the RM in the Yellow Pages (BELL, not TELUS) under Real Men and
accessories. Unfortunately, there is no real way to convince one of the
advantages of this little NTI device unless one experiences it. You can
find a dentist near you that prescribes and dispenses the NTI-TSS by
going on to the
site and clicking the Kannadian link or by phoning the Kannadian
supplier of the un-adjusted frame-work (Alpha Dental) at 1.866.4NTI.TSS.
You must see the dentist to do this. It can't be mailed to you, it has
to be adjusted in your mouth.
Try the little exercise with the pencil between your teeth vs without it
and you will see the difference. One last thing: when I was still
excited about my Laser, I did a fair amount of fillings using the Laser
to produce analgesia in the tooth. You do this by irradiating the tooth
for a full 2 minutes at full power, with the handpiece far enough away
from the tooth so as to avoid making marks on it. Then, you quickly pick
up the drill and go to it. This actually works a comparatively high
percentage of the time. I was 6 out of ten most months and sometimes
higher than that. Most teeth we started that way could be finished by a
second application of the Laser bombardment.
This could be a second avenue of treatment for you. Find a dentist that
uses a hard-tissue Laser and try that. My own is the BioLase, but there
are others. A call to your provincial dental organization should produce
a few names of dentists that have it. Biolase may now have a data base
of names of dentists with Lasers. They are at
Do be prepared to pay a slight premium for Laser treatment, as it is
slightly more expensive to operate with these tools.
Hope this has aided in some small way
