"The rest of the civilized world" is not as much as you think it is.
Every statistic I see says that 50% or so of the population never sees
a dentist unless something hurts. Whenever I go up to rural Ferry
county to see my grandparents I'm suprised at how many people you see
around are missing or have badly decayed teeth, even in very visible
places.

I wouldn't be too worried about #19 being visible. I'm getting #30
done with a 3/4 gold crown, and I'm missing a bicuspid on each side,
and I still don't see it being too visible in day to day activity.
Maybe if I was laughing, or yawning you coudl see it, but everybody
needs some bling.
