Always feared "buying the farm" in a motor vehicle.

Guess that's why I endeavored to become an accomplished
driver. Look out NASCAR !

Once when turning left in an intersection a cell phone talker
turned right in front of me, running a red light in the process.

ABS is why I am here today to report the story.
Was going about 35 mph in second and about to
shift into third for the straight-away.
Mind you this is in a 4-lane intersection each way.
The MR2 is surprisingly quick and agile.
It will kill you on damp roads however.
Short wheel-span, mid-engine, light with lottsa rubber.

We got new tires when Dr. Steve M was here just for
the spin we took ! (ok, ok, not really it needed new rubber
anyway) Was nice for the ride though.
