Ibu plus acet is supposed to have higher risk of organ damage. can't
remember, liver or kidneys.

However, it's a very effective pain reliever combination. I used that
combination last time I had an infected wisdom tooth.

Try two OTC ibuprophen (Motrin, Advil or generic) plus one OTC Tylenol at
the same time.  Repeat in six hours.  After another night's good rest, you
will probably need only ibuprofen or Aleve.
