An honest opinion?
James E. - Jan 2, 7:32 pm
I am 75 years old and have a few problems with my teeth: I have lost
all of my molars over the years due to poor hygiene when I was young.
I have lost my bicuspids because my old dentist put in cantilever
bridges. When they gave out, the healthy teeth broke off, too. I would
like to get an honest opinion of how I can restore my ability to

 Problems with AOL?
Advocate147 - Jan 2, 5:31 pm
Is anyone having problems with AOL posts. They are not appearing on
the newsgroup. The number remains at 191, but it reads "There are no
unread posts" Computer tech cannot find the problem and thinks it is
with the Usenet server problem. Comments appreciated. Gail

Frank - Jan 2, 4:07 pm
HI: I am 4th year dental student at NY. I want to take the CA board
exam so I can move back to CA. I heard a lot about paying some company

Choosing the best dentist for my crown?
Fred - Jan 2, 9:21 am
Last week I posted a question about how to evaluate whether and when I
should get a crown for a tooth with a 7-week old root canal that still
had sensitivity to touch. Thanks to numerous helpful suggestions from
members of this forum I've reached the following point (also
cross-posted in the original thread).

 Best toothpaste for canker sores?
PreparationK - Jan 2, 9:18 am
I'm either going to buy the Biotene or the Rembrandt designed
specifically for canker sores (both don't have SLS, although the
Biotene is for "dry mouth", which I don't have). They're both about
the same price, can anyone recommend one over the other? Thanks. Also,
can anyone recommend a good alcohol-free mouthwash?
