One other thought: if you DO get around to doing that, consider using
LaCie or other partitioning software and create two separate partitions
on all your machines. That way, if you ever get a freeze, or a rampant
virus or whatnot, you can re-boot into the other partition and fix it.
Alot of Mac users have one side on MacOS 9.x and the other is OS X.
Unfortunately, the newer Mac machines don't allow you to do that.
