As in many Medicaid plans, is THIS possibly at the root of the problem:

"Shirley Taylor is a Medicaid mother of six with a seventh on the way.
She has no car and her daughter needs to see a dentist."

(from Part 3 of the Florida story.)

Where is Ms. Taylor's common sense? Most people postpone childbearing
until they are in a position to provide for a child's needs.

And where are the fathers of the six -- er, seven -- Medicaid
recipients? Don't they have a responsibility to pay for their kids'
health care?
