Nope and nope. Implants have a better 10-year prognosis than bridges.
Since you're only 39, you'll probably end up replacing that bridge two more
times in your lifetime. The implant may never need replacing. Ergo, the
implant may actually cost less.

A three-unit bridge in the states should cost $2-3k...not $5k. But I'd
sooner pay $5k for a bridge here than $300 for a bridge there.
