I believe not because I got a similiar *** from my dental
office for Valient and I know they used capsules. It looked like this:

Notice Hg is still missing but the appearance is a "metallic
powder" probably as it is in the capsule.
Now if it comes in both tablets and capsules that would be interesting,
especially if some dentists use both types but I don't know much about
that.
