One huge problem here ~ nooks and crannies.

When the bacteria slide in there, no amount of
home care will help. On the other hand its too
simple for the dentist to drill out, or air abrade
the groove, and fill with an adhesion-dentistry sealant.

That is what is needed, not more nonsense!
