Good advice. *Most* patients adapt pretty well to upper dentures.
It's just the cases that aren't identified before delivery that cause
the problems.
At least this patient is making an attempt to convey their concerns
about a denture. Much better than not saying a word until the denture
is delivered and showing up in a day or two saying, "I can't wear this
thing!"
