OK... but _WHAT_ are you suturing? This is already a reduced fracture,
isn't it? You hadn't opened a flap yet, and unless you're opening up and
putting in osseous wires, I don't see why you have to suture at all.
Also, my precautionary advice to the patient at this point would be
Ice
Meds
Decongestant (Otravin for kids), and no nose blowing
No Popcorn

Is there any thing I missed?
