For dramatic, one day results, an 'in office' power bleach will do the trick (Britesmile, Zoom).
Some research has shown that over the long term 6-12 months, there isn't much difference. Tray bleach systems are much less expensive and just as effective *over time*.
White strips and some other OTC stuff will work, but are more troublesome to use and by the time you get results, they may cost
as much as a lot of offices charge for the tray systems.
Bottom line is to be realistic in your expectations. 1-2 shades lighter are the norm for the long term and all systems need periodic touch ups.

Hi I am a new member to this group. Could anyone please tell me of any effective whitening treatements. And probaly the least expensive as I am only a student and cant afford to much. I am a bit self conscious about my teeth because of there colour. When I talk to people I always think they are looking at my teeth. If anyone could help that would be great.
Thanks
Jemma
