Re: Looking for a dentist who will work with general anasthetic

Thank you for your responses. I find a little aggression here, so I will
not return to find out what you post, however I have to say the following.

My son has a severe fear of dentists because of some problems with his
teeth when he was young. I had taken him to a Children's Pediatondist (?sp)
when he was very young and it was not a very nice experience for him.

I could go on and "explain" details to help you understand why he is so
afraid, however that seems a rather odd thing to do on a website that is
about helping one another. Making the reference -"that is not a good way
to be at 19", is a very shallow comment. I was looking for help, not a psyc
evaluation. Some people are so critical.
I have some severe health problems myself and am healing the last few
years, despite the odds given to me. So please understand, I do not have
the energy to "defend". I do not understand why people are
confrontational. Referring to someone as a chicken ***-- is hardly
helpful. Sounds like adding salt to a wound. I am happy I didn't have my
son do this post himself. I guess some people have an issue that some
people truly are afraid of dentists. My son is not the only one on the
planet who is that afraid of dentists--- and you have no idea what kind of
experience he has been thru-- compassion would go a long way on this
planet. Obviously this is not the place to find any- WOW.

Thanks for your help-- but it was a little "loaded"!

Namaste

PS: write back if you like-- but like I stated at first-- I will not be
returning to even read what you write-- too hostile for me-- find someone
else to project at.
