Must be doin' somthin' wrong... I haven't found this to be the case.
I've had to block for deciduous MO and DO lesions; if I don't, they get
tears in their eyes. One dude said the trick is to aim for the mental
foramen and then massage the area so it diffuses in. I've tried that as
well; I still need to block. As an OMFS, I cannot for the life of me see
how you could remove lower molars without a block, even using articane.
