Hello.

Would you be so kind as to give a free advice? I don't know if my issue
is so important that warrants a trip to a dentist that never comes cheap. It
is not a tooth issue but more of some skin issue.
I just yesterday started to have a numb pain in a localized region in my
mouth. Today I took a picture and it is clearly evident that there is some
discoloring spots that suggest some infection.

Can you at least tell me what is it that I am having? I attach a high
resolution JPG photo.
