Try emailing Dr. Jim Boyd.  He is the individual who as far as I know, invented the NTI.  It's not for everyone though.  I have one and it causes me more pain.  But it has worked for many others.

Dear Colleagues!

I am a nuclear medicine physician from Russia.
My wife suffers from myofascial pain syndrome and TMJ-dysfunction
(TMD). We do not have experts well knowing this disease. I have bought
book:
1. Travell JG, Simons DG. Myofascial pain and dysfunction: the trigger
point manual, 1983
2. Jeffery P. Okeson. Management of Temporomandibular Disorders and
Occlusion (4th and  5th Ed.)

Me and my messmate treat my wife. Dry needling considerably reduces
signs. However, we never saw as professionals make it.
Advise, what video course to buy what to see as it is necessary to
carry out dry needling.
