Vaughn has a point, but it's just silly to expect the third world
countries hit by the tsunami to return the kind of money we sent there,
especially when the help they need still hasn't reached most of the
people who most need it. It's going to be years before areas destroyed
by the tsunami are ready to give back to those who helped them.
