Sure, drop your internet access, stop eating out, watch movies on TV instead
of at the show, buy your clothes at Wal-Mart, etc. and save enough to pay
for decent care. Perhaps you have skills which can be traded for service?
Or, you might need to bite the bullet, get rid of this tooth, and work hard
to train for a better job. There are ways to accomplish anything you want
if you sacrifice and work hard.
