Hey Joel!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

just spotted this on
http://groups.msn.com/DenturesANewS...540690672932517

Dr. Joel M. Eichen!
I am forced to reply to your post dated 15 September through this
respected forum. In fact Dentist -Forum.net allows you, on one hand to
give misleading advice to people posting their questions but on the
other hand your forum is a closed club with a disabled access to a
second opinion. (Mafioso Style)

Fact 1: Sterioss implant, analog, abutment all up $120.00. Similar
copy from Taiwan most probably used in your practice: $70.00.
Fact 2: Block injection, flap, Drill , implant positioning and
sutures: 35 minutes ( trust me I have done it for 14 years)
Fact 3: Charges to patients- $1500 to $2000+.
That is $3000 an hour!
Ultra Suction is in no way a threat to your practice. Ultra Suction is
ideal for the less fortunate people than you are and who otherwise
don't earn $3000 an hour.

I agree that 2 natural teeth as abutments for partial dentures is an
ideal solution. But in this case there are no remaining teeth- NADA!
This patient does not want to pay your $3000 an hour or cannot afford
to do so.
Why deny her the right to try Ultra Suction for less than $400 bucks?
Are you affraid that this may turn to be the perfect solution to her
unstable denture?

In the event you have your forum posts sent via email...just wanted to
verify that you didn't mean to send your message to the Dentist forum
rather than to the Dentures a New Smile forum where it was posted to
9:07pm Sep 24.

Mind you I enjoyed reading your rebuttal to what I presume was a
previous post from a Dr Joel Eichen...he sounds wealthy concerning
the UltraSuction.

Good for you...the fellow obviously won't have many patients with
those prices so hope he has a solid one or two millionaires in his
coffers

Good luck with your continued support of UltraSuction, and at the rate
this fellow is charging UltraSuction may not have to do anything but
be itself cause this guy's putting himself out of business.

Greetings

I posted to this forum, since the one that Joel is using to mislead
people is a closed "mafiso" club with disabled access to outsiders. So
much for "freedom of speech" and patient rights to a second opinion.
Anyway! this forum is the BEST and I am sure that somehow, somewhere
the post will get to Joel through the search engines.
The main thing is: never be affraid to question a treatment plan and
the costs involved. Always ask what other options do you have! If you
are not satisfied with the answers, it means that you were not given
all the information. Vote with your feet! Other Dentists and
Denturists will try the less invasive and affordable procedures first,
before asking you to mortgage your house to pay for theirs.
Ultra Suction has been developed with the elderly retired people
living on a meagre pension, in mind!

If the dental industry doesn't like it - I can refer them to my
mother's X rays. The best implants put by the best Periodontist,
through her dentist's son connections FAILED! With Ultra Suction she
is as happy as Larry.

Is that referring to SM Dentistry or dcom?
