We shared waiting room space and the taxes on that with the last group.
I imagine I will be a neighbor with shared common space again in this
case. I may need to share secretarial space with them as well; it
depends on the size of the space, and where I can put the lab stuff.
The difference is that I have my CPA who has more experience with these
kinds of arrangements to tell me if I can swallow it or not. I will be
paying my rent to the pharmacist again, but any 'common fees' will be
run by the CPA before I say yes. I say that because I was taken by the
old group of Mad Dogs with that the last time, and it won't happen
again.
