Are the _Mad Dogs_ physicians or dentists ?

What happens if they are sloppy and you aren't. Then, what if you want to
decorate the reception area differently, or if the principal _Mad-Dog_
wants to display his collection of hunting trophies (or shrunken heads for
that matter).

I always suggest you not share more than a parking lot, a vestibule, and
maybe a staff lunch room. Unless, you have know the other party for many
years, and find that both they and you keep virtually identical offices.
