Mad Dog = M.D. = Physician.

Good question: in the last set up, I had my area and I put my posters
up there and they had their own area. The different areas weren't
physically separate though.

This is good advice, but I don't think it will be possible. I will make
those ideas known to the guy who draws up the plans, though. The thing
is that the area may not be large enough to have separate secretarial
areas. We may have to share that as well. However, if I stay upstairs
in the old section, I will be outside the traffic again, and the same
thing will happen as it did this summer: things were dead and the
waiting room could be seen for what it really was: a dump (almost).

Also, the pharmacies' administration is coming up from the downtown
area into this building, and they want the whole floor. This means that
I won't even have a waiting room, if I stay there. It _does_ mean that
I'll have a bit of leaverage, though, if they want me off the floor.

You have definitely given me things think about and to hash out with
the owner, though. The bottom line is to remain as independant as
possible, and not be saddled with unrealistic fees. If it doesn't work
out, I'll threaten to not move.
