My software requires they enter a unique password to clock-in. The manual
clearly states that sharing passwords for any purpose is grounds for
immediate dismissal.

Do I need to tell you foolish that is? She could simply divert deposits to
her account. You would not have any trail to follow. She could open a bank
account with your business name on it. She then deposits whatever she wants
to her own account, you have no paper trail. She could do direct
withdrawals from your account to hers, and throw out the slips. Many ways
she can cheat you. Only the owner of the practice should be allowed to open
any mail. This needs to be in the procedure manual. You open the mail,
stamp your deposit endorsement on all the checks, keep track of the total
amount, and verify it against the daily deposit. Staff should only see the
mail after you have opened first.

Who's to say they don't punch in or out for each other???? I much
prefer the old system we had in the down town Kombat area: They get the
schedule plus one half hour each side for set up and take down. There
is no ambiguity there.

'S what I've been doing with my little haldheld with the XL time ***

I _am_ going to tell them that I'm keeping the keys until I decide what
will happen next.

I just got finished tabulating in the four different source deductions
that I need to be able to do thier pays myself, automatically. I can do
them well.

She has control of it all. I have been asking for all bills and all pay
slips to see what it is I'm actually paying, but all the mail goes to
her front desk. I can get that changed, and so see what cheques are
coming in and what is being billed.
