Being a dental group, people come here seeking advice about their root
canal therapy. While free speech is always allowed, some people like
to tell the patient they are being poisoned by their root canals and
their dentists and they had best get the teeth ripped out.

If a dentist, you know, licensed by their state to diagnose and offer
dental advice ...., if the dentist says something contrary to the
poisoning they risk losing their internet account or worse!
