I am not qualifed to be in this discussion, but this looks like a classic
"straw man" argument. Are there any parts of the body that are sterile?
Sterile before or after any treatment?
Isn't the goal of rct to reduce the infection and remove dead tissue to the
point where the natural defenses of the body can re-establish control?
