Might I suggest that you take the post by Amatus to heart and toss the
rest out as crap. It is obvious to me that you are well-intended.

Come-on people. You are soo frickin touchy. No wonder this group is
only a handful of sane dentists (like maybe.... 3 or 4?), 1 complete
psychopath, and about 5 fruitcakes (dentists and nondentists).
