Here's the post I was looking for... I replied to another that was not
as specific as this one concerning the assigned project.

"jessee" posted with a subject line indicating an understanding that
he/she was addressing a "community group" right here in cyberspace where
cyber-beings get out and meet other real cyber-beings right here in
sci.med.dentistry.
