Would the cleft lip and pallate thing be an obturator? If so does it go all the
way to the front? The acrylic in that area might be easily modified to help you
with your T's.

It should not be to late. If you can learn another language at that age you
should be able to modify your own.

it seriously, as was too young to understand what its for etc.
