Amatus,
The father and I have joint legal custody-the question remains how can
a healthcare provider treat a minor without parental consent.
Parental consent was not given at the time of the procedure with the
orthodontist.

Amatus, why do you feel the need to present yourself as the judge and
jury regarding anyones emotions? Because you are in fact not accurate
in my case.

It is not about the conflict. The issue could be divided into two
parts. The first being moral the second being legal.

Again, braces without parental permission seems to be the clearly
