Looks like the latest economic data is favorable.
New house sales up 13%, best in 12 years.
GDP up 4.3% in the third quarter
(inflation up 3.4% due to energy spike from Katrina and Rita) Gasoline prices now back down.
Energy prices have been out of control for several years now.
Anyhow, this brings up an interesting question that I hope a few of you will take the time to consider. How would you say that your cost of doing business compares to inflation over the last few years? Building expenses? Labor? Insurance? Materials? Lab? Equipment?
Wait! Suddenly this thread is smack dab on-topic.
Income up 0.4% in Oct Spending up 0.2% in Oct.
Plenty of good economic news out there, am sure it's not all rosy but the economy is not going down in a burning ring of fire.
I think of it as a flaming toilet. ;-) Seriously, there is no way we can continue this deficit without permanant harm.
Cute Title WB! Vaughn
Keep those printing presses running!
