Only that I think it's all been said.  People don't bring their
kids into the dental office for fun and profit.  We simply aren't
lawyers and have trouble even imagining a complaint such as yours.

Adult and kid show up at office.  Kid needs braces.  Adult wants
the kid to have braces and is willing to pay for treatment.  Kid
gets braces.

The only time I have had anything close to this is when a mother
might be bringing in a kid for treatment and the dad is getting
billed for stuff he hasn't OK'd.

I can't wait for regulations requiring a custody paper before
treatment can be given to anyone under 18.  This should be a
non-issue.  It's not like this is breast augmentation or cosmetic
surgery.
