Teeth shift after bite

Hi

I do not know if I am going to be clear with what I explain, so please
be patient with me.

Of late I have noticed that after I bite a few of my teeth slightly
shift and go back to position.
Like for 1/2 a mm or so.

Why is this happening?
I'm totally paranoid about it...Kindly help.

Thanks

.
