Don't know the location of the implant fixtures. It is unlikely you are going to be able to place a full arch of fixed crowns on only 6 fixtures. IOW, the six fixtures may be more than enough support for an overdenture, but insufficient support for a full arch of crowns. This should be determined by you, the surgeon, and the restorative dentist--together.
