Yes, H2O2 releases oxygen while H2O only
is poisonous if used in conjunction with amalgam fillings .....

So, there's no significant difference by adding salt to hydrogen
peroxide (3%)?

P.S. I don't have amalgam fillings but I enjoy tuna on occasion ...
