Thank you for responding. I finally found my original messase just now
and see that you read my story.

The reason why I feel this might be Maxillary Blastoma is the Panoramic
xray shows a a periapical Lesion around tooth 15, bove the loose
bridge. In his report he mentioned radiopaque lesion, 1+ mobility of
bridge, and 6 mm pockets with bleeding & tenderness.

I have since had a lot of swelling above my clavicle, Got a MRI showing
4 nodes of sort and measuring 5 x 10 is the largest. But now my right
knee is swollen, and can barely walk. No injury occurred. I had bone
pain there 10 days ago, which is the same symptom first, then the
swelling comes etc. I have pains in wall behind breast, left breast is
swollen, and under arm is swollen, cyst on left wrist and pinky finger
all popped up in a week. The biggest reaction lately is my right knee.
it looks like I have 3 large marbles under the skin. and is very
swollen.

Amelyblastoma is said to metastize to other areas of the body and need
to be treated as a aggressive lesion. They feel cystic, but are
spreading lumps or setting up shop in many areas of my body.

The ENT wil do surgery to remove the cyst around the lesion 7-6-06. I
feel desperate to have something done sooner. I am going to see my
Family Dr to show the swelling in the knee and see what he thinks of my
MRI report. I just want something asperated and sent to the lab. This
si spreading like crazy. I still feel asymptomatic on any infection.

But it has to either be cancer or infection. Either way I feel a good
recovery now has been compromised since too many areas are now
affected. It feels out of control now.

but now crooked. I dont know what to do. the jaw bone is spongy, my
roof of my mouth is spongy, my lymph nodes on the C/T show left
multiple small and camping on my jugular, but feeling huge now like a
bag of walnuts in my throat, my clavicle is swollen all the way to the
A/C joint. I am on antibiotics now 6 weeks including a shot. I dont
feel any infection,blood tests of course just show high end of normal
on WBC, RBC's are border low and platletes are high end of high range .
Chest xray negative. I have had a abcess tooth before, this is
different. under my arm is swollen, and my left breast gives me heart
attack like pains. Other than this is am healthy 43 yr old female,
weigh 98 pounds and in great shape. this is driving me crazy. I am
thinking Maxillary Ameyloeblastoma or gangrene by now. All symptoms
are on left side.and are spreading fast I feel it spreading inside then
few days later, swelling there too including my left foot when sitting
pitting edema above ear and foot. My thorat is so swollen from glands,
and are having trouble making spit to swallow food, let alone not being
able to chew on the left for 3 months. I have a small ulcer on roof of
mouth that doesnt go away. can someone out there answer any of my
concerns, the doctors I dont have alot of faith in nothing has been
addressed or aspirated or biopsied yet. PS i have an HMO.

Not sure why this post was appended to mine.
You have a variety of symptoms; some are clearly dental; some clearly
are not.
You need an evaluation of your sinus symptoms; this probably involves
culture/sensitivity and antibiotic treatment, not necessarily biopsy.
You haven't made clear why you would mention ameloblastoma, or if
someone suggested you had an odontogenic tumor.
You need a normal workup by a competent dentist and a competent
physician. If you cannot get this within your HMO you must find another
way.
