The Dental Board of my state has a majority of members who are NOT

Based on what evidence?
Based on the makeup of the board. Look at the board members and do the
math.
Amalgam fillings generate the least revenue, and porcelain or composite
substitutes generate much MORE revenue.
In the context of the statement you took I was clearly referring to
root canals.
Clearly the ADA, State Boards, Orgnanized dentistry etc does not want
any criticism of root canals which is dentistry's Ca$H Cow.
1. Where is the evidence that state boards actively "promote" MORE
expensive treatments? 2. Such a claim implies that there are LESS
expensive alternative treatments in existence. What are those less
expensive treatments?
