it's a regular night guard for bruxing/grinding. i only wear it at
night.
Is this a nightguard to prevent grinding/clenching, or some kind of
orthodontic appliance? Do you wear it during the day?
Can't think how a nightguard would damage or change the appearance of
enamel. Just make sure it's kept clean--any dirt in the nightguard will
be held against your teeth, and in the presence of sugar can encourage
decay.
