Unknown Implant

A doctor gave me this picture to see if I could identify this implant. the implant is 20 or so years old. There was an attachment to keep it from rotating, and there is an occlusal screw that cannot be unscrewed and cannot be seen in the picture. I can only think it is an IMZ because of the shank that fits into the implant between the threads and the abutment. The dentists that did this is retired. The panarex showed a smooth sided implant with holes. Sorry about the pic, it is a picture of a poloroid. The dentist that took it dosen't even have a computer.
