A Piezoelectric unit is the way to go. Will only cut hard tissues less
chance of trauma to the nerve. Healing is much faster. very
conservative bone cutting.
Access and visibility can not be compared to any handpiece.
No worries about blowing air, although I believe that rumour for
wisdom teeth removal is a bunch of nonsense.
Great for debridement, bone collection for grafting ridge splitting
