Florida roads look great, but they don't have to deal with that
freeze-thaw cycle.
Florida also has no state income tax and could certainly accommodate
one more good dentist.. Of course, your homeowner's insurance bill will
get your full attention! (Had we paid it, ours would have been $6,500
this year)

That is one of the "gutsiest" moves I've ever heard... I've been meaning
to ask you more about how that "works". As of today, I might be without
"health insurance" ... yeah... (and the moment, ***don't ask*** ... but
I'll let "y'all" know what this is all about if it is for-real and I'm
sure I'll ask for discussion).
