Plaque buildup on partially covered tooth

My two lower incisors are slightly overlapped by the tooth next to
them. The incisors are slightly forward and lean slightly toward the
center of my mouth. As time goes on after my cleaning at the
dentist, I quickly get a plaque build up on the back of those teeth,
even with normal brushing and flossing. If I get lazy and am late
brushing, even once, it comes on pretty quick. (That is, if I brush
before going to bed but don't the next morning cause I'm rushed, and
that happens several days in a row)
So I'm looking for advice on how to prevent this or clean the back of
those teeth.
I didn't ask my dentist because I keep forgetting about it.
