Fractured Root or Sinus Infection?

I am trying to make appointments with either my internist and/or
dentist, but being so close to the holidays, not much luck so I'm asking
for *general information* whilst I wait for calls:
I'm having absolutely terrible pain in my right cheeckbone, #3 and #5 as
well as #30 and #31. #1, #2 and #4 are absent, and the others mentioned
are all RCTs with gold crowns except #5, which has fillings. #3 has a
very large cast post; #30 has pins. All the crowns were placed this
Spetember. I had a cleaning and examination on Dec 4, which showed
nothing but unusual calcification.
The crowned teeth are sensitive to biting pressure, but not hot/cold.
There is swelling on the right side of my face. I don't have a typical
headache, unless you count my face hurting. Looking in the right
nostril, there's a lot of swelling in there.
Are these symptoms present with a fractured root?
I've had sinus infections that made my teeth hurt quite a bit, but that
was before they were repaired, and they came with a horrible headache,
not just facial pain, so that's why I'm not sure which doctor to see.
And I'm going to go with being in awful pain as an excuse for asking
what is probably (yet another) dumbass question.
Thank you!
