throat

I have the feeling that I have something stuck in my throat, I try to
swollow it and try to spit it out but nothing happens. My salvia is
thick and I am always cleaning my throat and coughing. I have had all
the test and nothing shows up . so what is happening??? This has been
going on for almost 6 years. It drains me, so I am tired most of the
time.
