Before I invest a lot of time into this though, jerm, are you willing to
try to learn some patient-skills from this?  Because, honestly, I'm not
giving up on you.  But are you giving up on you?  

Learning the value of "expectations" is a very important element of a
partnership between patient and doctor.  So ... let me/us know what
you're willing to do first.  Then, we can decide how to go from there.

That sounds good, i just dont know how much im going to gain from the
rest of
the board,who are going to have a tough time believing im actually in
more pain now than before.
